Self-coaching for focus and insight

Coaching works because the presence of a skilled navigator lifts us from the muck in our heads so that we can get better at seeing, staying on, and gaining speed in our own paths.

Sometimes we want to self-coach, either to supplement or substitute for a professional coach. While self-coaching and coaching with another person are not the same experience, you may gain some of the results of coaching with a DIY approach.
